Hydrostannation of activated alkynes mediated by Stryker’s reagent*
The treatment of activated alkynes with catalytic amounts of Stryker’s reagent and tributylstannane resulted in hydrostannation. The reaction proceeds with high regioselectivity to produce α-stannated vinylstannanes exclusively.
متن کاملOrganocatalytic Synthesis of Alkynes.
Carbon-carbon triple bonds of alkynes are ubiquitous. They serve as valuable starting materials that can be transformed into a vast array of diverse materials, with applications ranging from medicinal chemistry to electronic materials. The methods used to prepare alkynes involve stoichiometric reactions and the most popular install only a single carbon rather than uniting larger fragments. Thes...
متن کاملThe catalytic hydroamination of alkynes.
The direct addition of ammonia or primary and secondary amines to non-activated alkenes and alkynes is potentially the most efficient approach towards the synthesis of higher substituted nitrogen-containing products. It represents the most atom economic process for the formation of amines, enamines and imines, which are important bulk and fine chemicals or building blocks in organic synthesis. ...
متن کاملCopper-catalyzed distannylation of alkynes.
A copper(I)-phosphine complex has been found to facilely promote the distannylation of alkynes with the aid of a base, where a catalytically generated Cu-Sn species serves as a key intermediate. The broad versatility of the copper catalysis has been demonstrated by the facile distannylation of unfunctionalized aliphatic alkynes, being hardly achievable with the conventional palladium catalysts.
متن کاملRegio- and stereoselective hydrostannation of allenes using dibutyliodotin hydride (Bu2SnIH) and successive coupling with aromatic halides.
Regio- and stereoselective hydrostannation of allenes by using di-n-butyliodotin hydride (Bu2SnIH) was accomplished to give alpha,beta-disubstituted vinyltins, which induced the synthesis of multi-substituted alkenes in a one-pot procedure.
